Critiques
the eye shape is very well done and has a very Asian look to it as well as the eyebrow shape. The background is interesting and varied so it doesn't look plain or uninteresting, and the gradient is good although it gets a little bit bright for my tastes.
The firs thing that I'd tell you off the bat to improve would be the neck, it's too straight and thick looking and if you're going for an oriental look it would be thinner and a little more sloped, and the chin is a little too square as well.
But this is minor nit picking of things I would have done differently.
